Gilbert Plascencia

Gilbert is a Certified Public Accountant and serves on the executive board as Treasurer for the Master Gardener Foundation of Washington State. He is a Yakima County Extension Master Gardener since 2020 and serves on the Master Gardener Foundation of Yakima County Executive Committee.
