Jana Ferris.Jana Ferris serves as the Volunteer Development Specialist for WSU Extension. Jana works with all volunteer programs and provides educational opportunities for faculty and staff focused on developing volunteer programs. She has over 25 years’ experience providing leadership to a variety of volunteer-led programs. Jana has participated in multiple nationwide curriculum and/or program development committees and given several presentations on the topic of volunteer programming at state, regional, and national conferences.
