Kenitra KeeneyKenitra served as an officer in the United States Air Force for over seven years, working with federal regulations and compliance. She learned leadership skills focused on negotiating the needs of diverse groups while working in an organization shaped by tradition. For the past 11 years, including WSU Student Affairs, she has learned the importance of working with large diverse populations and the impact organizational culture has on building a sense of belonging. Currently, she serves as the Extension County Relations Coordinator. She has a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership and utilizes servant leadership principles to guide her work.
