Laurie Stevahn, PhD, is a professor in the College of Education at Seattle University who specializes in effective teaching for active learning, organizational leadership, constructive conflict resolution, participatory program evaluation, and community-based research. She works to establish socially diverse, inclusive, equitable, just foundations for living and working together to mutually create, problem solve, and innovate. Her research and publications focus on cooperative learning and instructional strategies, conflict training programs and essential competencies for program evaluators.
