Peggy CampbellFocused on improving water quality through residential education and outreach campaigns, Peggy Campbell is involved in a variety of programs as Senior Planner at Snohomish County Surface Water Management. Current programs include Natural Yard Care, LakeWise, RainScaping, and Scoop the Poop (for dog owners). Each program helps households prevent water pollution as they care for their home, pets and yards. Peggy constantly customizes, adapts and enhances campaigns in order to effectively overcome barriers for residents. A proud WSU Cougar with a degree in Horticulture, Peggy is delighted to count WSU Snohomish County Master Gardeners as program partners since 2009.
